Refund policy

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

At Slush Love, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and straightforward process in alignment with our supplier. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Since all our products are custom-made and produced on-demand, we do not support returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for change of mind. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To be eligible for this, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Submit Issue: Use the “Submit Issue” form on our website.
  • Provide Evidence: Attach a clear photo showing the issue. If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your Slush Love account balance.
  • You can withdraw this amount and transfer it back to the original payment method.
  • If your billing currency is not in United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Important Notes

  • Size and Color Errors: We will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or color.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: In cases of unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.
  • Print Placement Variations: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for refunds or reprints.
